1. Where's my order?

2. I’m not able to login to my account to track my order or place a new order.

Find your account page here: https://holisco.com/account

After creating your account, you’ll receive an email to create a password and activate your account.
You’ll then be able to login with your chosen password to see your orders, track them, or place new orders.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please click on ‘Forgot password?’ to receive an email where you can reset your password. If you're struggling to log in, please feel free to reach out to care@holisco.com. Our customer support team will help!

3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Orders are usually accepted and confirmed right away. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is placed.

We'll also let you know as soon as your products are shipped. You can track your orders from the 'Track my order' link.
If you haven't received an email from us confirming your order within a few hours after you’ve placed it, please feel free to contact us at care@holisco.com. Your email may have gotten lost.

Please also make sure to check your spam or junk folder first! 

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us with your correct address  within 2 hours of making your purchase and we’ll update your details.

If you want to make changes to your order or wish to cancel it 2 hours after placing your order, please get in touch with our support team at care@holisco.com to check whether your package has already been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Once shipped, your package will arrive in 5- 8 days.
We know how eager you are to receive your new products, so we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is on the way, we'll send you a tracking link where, depending on the local delivery service, you may see an estimated delivery date.

Please note: Local delivery services are still affected by the global situation and may still see increased shipping times and delays.

2. How can I track my order?

3. Can you deliver to my address?

Yes, we deliver to most street addresses all over the world. If you live in a remote area, delivery may take just a little more time depending on your local delivery service.

4. Do I need to sign at the time of delivery?

A signature is not mandatory at all times - we do not make it a requirement at delivery. It may depend upon your local delivery service.

5. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

Holisco is a platform and marketplace for Ayurvedic products by multiple brands. If you order various products from different brands, you might receive your products in multiple packages since they're shipped from different locations.

If your order status says "Partially Fulfilled", it means that some of the items in your order are on the way. The remaining items will get shipped out soon. 

6. I received a different item from the one I ordered.

We apologize for this inconvenience. In the rare case of a wrong delivery, please notify us as soon as you're aware of this.

Please contact us at care@holisco.com and attach a picture of the products in your package. We'll get the correct products delivered to you as soon as possible.

7. What are the shipping costs?

If your order is above ₱1200 free shipping will automatically be applied to your order.

If your order is under ₱1200, we ask for a ₱200 shipping fee for orders. 

Skincare & Product Questions 

1. Are the oils enough for my skin care? Can I fully replace the other products I use with the oils?

iYURA oils are extremely moisturising in nature. They can easily replace all your moisturisation products. As far as make up is concerned, you would not wish to apply it, like a lot of our customers. But if you still wish to apply makeup, you can. Some of our face oils also serve as a primer or pre-makeup serum.

2. Do the oils absorb quickly?

That’s one interesting feature of iYURA oils. These oils are extremely lightweight. Your skin will just drink it up. They don’t leave any oily residue either. 

3. Do these oils stain the clothes?  

Our oils contain natural ingredients directly sourced from nature. Those herbs and spices, like turmeric, also give the oil its natural color. If the oil drops on your clothes or any light-colored surfaces, wash or wipe off with a damp cloth immediately.

4. Can I mix the oils and then apply them?

Yes, you can mix and layer iYURA oils. Remember that different oils have different characteristics. Make sure you mix oils that serve mostly the same purpose. 

5. Are Holisco products Vegan?

Thousands of years ago, Ayurvedic science often relied on cow milk in its formulations. This means that some of our products, those that have been based on the traditional formulations, are not vegan. The milk used for our oils is from happy, grass-fed cows and non-pasteurized.

6. Are your products cruelty-free?

Holisco products are never tested on animals. Our milk and ghee come from grass-fed, happy cows, which are treated with love. ❤️ Remember that Ayurveda originates in India, a country where the cow is widely considered to be a sacred symbol of life, and in some religions, the source of all prosperity.

7. Do you give free samples?

Currently, we do not give free samples. However, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Which means that you can try our products and if you don’t like them, you can have a courteous refund within 30 days of receiving the product. 

8. Can I use your oils during pregnancy?

While all products on Holisco are safe and clean, we always recommend consulting with your practitioner before starting a new skincare routine during pregnancy. iYURA  products are made of natural ingredients, but you may be sensitive to specific aromas or certain natural ingredients.

9. Do you have a physical store where I can buy your products?

Currently, we do not have any physical stores in your region. All Holisco products are sold online. We’ll deliver your products straight to your doorstep! We also have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it turns out that you don't like the product - we'll refund you!

10. What’s the expiration date of your products?

The expiration dates are mentioned on the bottle or packaging, however most iYURA products can be used within 24 months of manufacturing.

Refunds

1. When can I expect my refund?

If you've requested for a refund, please allow our customer support team 1-2 business days to initiate your refund.  We’ll notify you once we’ve initiated the refund process. After that, your bank takes over from us. Most banks complete the refund process within 5 business days.

If you haven't received your refund into your source account within 5 business days after receiving confirmation from us, please do reach out to us at care@holisco.com so we can investigate what went wrong.

2. What should I do if my order arrives in a damaged condition?

We apologize for this inconvenience. If the product in your package arrives damaged or broken, please notify us as soon as you've become aware of the damaged package.

Please contact us at care@holisco.com and attach a picture of the product(s) and the packaging so that our quality team can look into what went wrong. 

3. The dropper for my oil doesn't work.

If you're not able to squeeze the rubber to extract oil from the bottle, the pipette might have moved up the rubber during transit.

Carefully pull the pipette down while holding the golden frame, or push it down on the top of the rubber.

You'll then be able to squeeze the rubber to extract the oil. Watch this short video to see how you can pull the pipette down

4. The dropper for my oil was broken when it arrived.

We're so sorry to hear this happened. We do our best to ensure the oils are packaged securely to avoid damage, however, a glass dropper could sometimes get damaged during transit.

Please write to care@holisco.com and we'll help you out. You can also get a new, inexpensive dropper for your oil yourself in drugstores or pharmacies.

5. When can I request a refund?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience and would like to request a refund. If your package was damaged during transit and arrived in broken or damaged condition, please contact us at care@holisco.com as soon as possible after receiving your package. Please attach a picture of the product and packaging so that our quality team can investigate what went wrong.

If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the product, please do contact us at care@holisco.com. Every purchase on Holisco comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. 

6. How do I unsubscribe from your promotional content?

We’re sorry to hear you no longer want to receive our promotional content.

If you'd like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please follow the steps below:

1. Open one of our emails in your inbox
2. Scroll all the way down to the end of the email. There’ll be a link saying, “if you no longer want to receive emails from us, unsubscribe here.” Please click that link.
3. A new page will open where your opt-out will be confirmed.

You might receive another promotional email from us if it was already scheduled. Please allow us up to 24 hours to remove your email from our database. Again, we’re sorry to see you go!

1. Which payment methods does Holisco accept?

We accept payments with any Debit/Credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

2.My card was charged twice for my order.

3. Currency conversion

For your convenience, prices listed on our website can be viewed in your local currency by selecting from the drop-down menu on the top right corner of your screen of your desktop, or if you're on your phone, you can open the menu on the top left side and scroll all the way down to choose your currency.
At checkout, your order will be placed in PHP ₱. You will get charged as per your bank's conversion rate.
